FRIDAY:

We will load the trailer first hour. There’s no game Friday night, so go home and rest!!!

SATURDAY:

5:00am Call Time & Depart! Have someone you trust call you to be sure you’re up!

Breakfast will be served on bus.

We will stop for a QUICK restroom break along the way.

11:00am Arrive, Unload, Lunch (At MEMORIAL STADIUM)

12:45am Suited for Clinic (Black shorts and STW shirts with crossovers and black socks - CG too!)

1:00pm Clinic performance

Re-load trailer & move to big stadium site

3:30pm Fully suited up for contest performance

3:30pm Warm-Up - Probably skip this and just tune.

4:00pm Performance

4:30pm Pictures

5:00pm Load trailer (don’t leave anything you need for the hotel or Sunday in there. It’s heading home)

Uniforms hung up and put in trailer in the wind instrument area (except for DM’s—keep yours).

Dinner at buses & go watch bands

9:15pm KSU Performance & Awards (DM’s need to be on field suited up)

10:00pm To hotel & in rooms/lights out

SUNDAY:

Breakfast in hotel

9:00am Room checks & departure

Lunch en route - Bring $$$

4:00pm Home (We’ll unload the trailer Monday morning)

Things to Bring:

·        Wear your black shorts and STW T-Shirt / Black socks & marching/guard shoes

·        Money for concessions and lunch on the way home Sunday

·        A light jacket for possible cold weather

·        Clothes for Sunday travel

·        Toiletries

·        Nothing inappropriate or dumb
