Call Time: 6:45pm ready in uniform

Event Starts: 7:30pm

Info: Band Hall will close at 3:30pm and repoen at 6:15pm.
         Be sure to arrange a ride home. The game should end by 10:30pm
         Take everything to the bandstand before 6:45pm
         Don't leave the band hall in partial uniform.
         Flute players: bring your own wire stand.
         We will have 3rd quarter break so bring some money or eat before the          game.
         Be on time for the 4th quarter.

What is it: 8th grade night is an opportunity for a student to come to the HS football game and play music in the band stands with the HS to see what it's like to be in the high school band program

When: This Friday, September, 12, 2008 at 6:00pm

Where: The HS band room

What to wear: Band t-shirt, jeans, and tennis shows (no flip flops!)

General Info:
Parents will be able to pick-up their child at the HS band room at 9:00pm. Students must leave with a parent/guardian

If the parent is in the game they still need to come pick-up their child from the bandstand or bandroom

If you are going home with another adult, we need a note from your parent by Wednesday!
