Friday Night:

Front Ensemble will load their instruments into the semi trailer after halftime.

Everyone else will load after the game.

EVERYONE will hang up uniforms neatly so they’re in good shape for the performance on Saturday.

Don’t forget the shakos and plumes!

Take your Save the World T-Shirt home and wash it so you can wear it again Saturday!!!!!

Saturday Morning:

10:45am Call Time in BLACK shorts and SAVE THE WORLD T-SHIRT

11:00am Depart for ECU

Lunch will be served on the bus.

2:00pm Arrive & Unload/Set up camp

3:00pm We will perform prelims in shorts and STW t-shirts. We’ll make a call on shakos & plumes. CG will wear regular guard outfits.

3:15pm Warm-Up

3:45pm Performance

4:00pm Watch ECU & Awards Ceremony (maybe from end zone)

6:15pm Finals Begin….The schedule (including dinner) is up in the air until results are announced

If we are in finals we will wear full uniforms even if weather is pretty warm. Hopefully it’ll be nice by then.

10:00pm MASSING (We’ll load the semi before massing if at all possible, but don’t put anything in there you may need over the weekend…it will head home before we do.)

11:00pm Load-Up & Depart

1:00am Home

We will unload the trailer Monday morning.

Tickets are $10 for all day passes / children 6 & under are free / Children ages 7-12 are $5

The event is at the Norris Field at East Central University, Ada, OK

It’s usually very hot and sunny, so please plan accordingly.
