Where: BAHS   

Wear:   Comfy Clothes for Travel / Show Outfits for Performance

 9:30am Practice at CPHS

12:30pm               Report to Band Room / Load U-haul, etc

1:45pm                 Depart for BAHS

2:30pm                 Arrive & Unload

3:55pm                 Warm-Up (Area B)

4:25pm                 PERFORM

4:35pm                 Re-fold Floor & Load Equipment

5:30pm                 Dinner (Bring money please!)

8:00pm                 Massing (Captains only I believe)

9:00pm                 Depart for CPHS

9:45pm                 Arrive @ CPHS / Unload

10:30pm               Depart

·         Timeline is vertical.

·         There is a lot of downtime during these events, so please bring something to do and make good choices that represent yourself and your school at the highest level. 

·         You may want to bring money for concessions and souvenirs, etc.

·         Please eat lunch before arriving.  We will leave the site for dinner, so please bring some money.

·         We’ll provide a snack for the ride home.

Spectator tickets are $10 each to the best of my knowledge.  If you plan to come and watch, please arrive in plenty of time to park and find the venue.  The site will be very busy.
