Where:                 Broken Arrow HS

Wear:                   Comfy Clothes / Contest Outfits

Load the semi Friday.  Paul may pick it up Friday night.  Be sure everything you need is in there (including uniforms).

10:30am               Report to Band Room

11:00am               Depart

11:30am               Arrive & Unload & LUNCH (Provided)

1:00pm                 Warm-Up

1:30pm                 PERFORM

You can warm-up in the parking lot, if you choose, and avoid going through the whole process!

1:45pm                 Re-fold floor and load trailer

                                Don’t leave anything in the trailer that you will need.  Paul will leave as soon as you’ve loaded.

2:45pm                 Massing

3:30pm                 Depart for home

4:00pm                 Home

                                We will unload the trailer on Monday.
