7:37am                        Report to the CPHS - Load equipment & buses

7:53am                        Depart for Edison High School

8:20am                        Arrive @ Edison HS & unload equipment

8:30am                        Warm-Up

9:00am                        Perform

9:45am                        Load equipment & buses (STAY TO WATCH BANDS)

11:30am                      Depart for Lunch ($$Woodland Hills Mall$$)

12:00pm                      Eat lunch

1:30pm                        Load buses & Depart for CPHS

2:00pm                        Return to CPHS

Dear Jazz Band parent(s),

            We have been preparing for the 2023 Edison Jazz Festival at Edison High School in Tulsa, OK.  We also want to invite parents to our contests, so please feel free to come and show your support.  We will be taking the students Woodland Hills Food Court for lunch afterwards, so please make sure your child brings money($$$$) with them or a sack lunch.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
