9:00am                        Call Time at CPHS Band Room

                                    Bring everything you may need for a LONG day!

9:30am                        Depart for BAHS

10:00am          Arrive BAHS & set up

11:00am          Lunch provided

Noon           CBMS Drumline Performs

12:50pm      CPHS Drumline Performs

 1:20pm Drumline & MS/Novice Guard Massing (Captains)

2:00pm Load Semi & Go Home

2:30pm Guard Call Time @ CPHS

3:00pm Guard Arrives at BAHS

3:00pm Drumlines Arrive Back at CPHS

6:00pm        CPHS Winter Guard Performs

6:30pm            Dinner Provided

9:00pm            Massing for Awards (Captains)

9:30pm            Depart for Home

10:00pm          Home at CPHS

                                    Unload on Monday (depending on Wx)

            We will have snacks and water on hand, but you may want to bring some money for concession stands, etc. 

            Keep an eye on the weather and wear appropriate clothes for them times when you’re not performing.  Show shirts, too! 

I’m told that the FRESHMEN FORMAL is this same night. If you need to leave early that’s OK. Be sure you have a parent come and get you and let me know you’re leaving.
