Schedule:

11:30am          Call @ CPHS & Depart for Shawnee

                                    You’re on your own for Lunch

2:00pm            Arrive at Shawnee HS

• Reminder that we are expected to arrive IN costume and make-up.

• Don’t plan on moving all over the bus to do one another’s makeup.

• I won’t be able to be at CPHS early due to Solo & Ens contest that morning.

3:01pm            Warm-Up (Warm-up & performance time may change slightly this week)

3:44pm            Perform

4:00pm            Load Equipment

4:30pm            Depart Shawnee HS

5:00pm            Dinner in Shawnee

                                    Bring money, but the Band Boosters will give you $5 each to supplement what you bring.

6:30pm            Depart for CPHS

8:30pm            Arrive CPHS (We will unload the semi Monday morning)

Reminders:

You will need to wear masks (except for possibly when you’re performing)

I don’t know what the bus drivers require at this point re: masks, etc, but be sure to follow guidelines

We can load the trailer Thursday or Friday.

For anyone wanting to go along to watch, we will have room on the bus for a few adults. 

Tickets are $5 adults/$3 students
