Community Band:

We will need to be there around 5:30pm to set up. The HS drummers will be there to help with equipment. The truck will be parked somewhere near the triangle and I’ll text out exact location when I can.

We will play carols and then join the HS kids at 7pm to perform “Sleigh Ride” with them and they’ll take it from there.

HS Band:

Dress: Nice Holiday, but Casual

Call Time:

                Percussionists: 5:45pm

                E’Body Else:      6:30pm

The Truck with equipment will be parked as close to stage as we can get.  Exact location will be texted.

Sign-In will be at podium on stage.

                                Break down set and set up jazz band.

                                Those not in jazz band are free to go once the truck is loaded.

o   Greensleeves

                                Take jazz stuff to truck and go home.
