We are performing for the SS Parks re-opening of River City Park

(now re-named Case Community Park).  

3:30pm            SS Community Band report to Case Community Park Stage

                        Dress: Appropriate for weather?  Other???

                        Park in VIP parking near stage (show card for entry)

                        Please try to car pool. Parking is limited

                        I will have equipment set up for you when you arrive if possible

                        HS Band members, bring your uniform to change into for our thing

4:00pm            Performance

                                    Afterward, please help get chairs/stands, etc back to trailer

4:30pm            HS Band report to CPHS and suit up

                        If your instrument is not in the trailer, you’ll need to bring it with you.

5:00pm            Arrive at Case Park and set up

5:45pm            March to stage and play fight song

6:15pm            Put away equipment and have dinner in VIP tent

6:45pm            Load buses for home

7:00pm            Put away equipment and go home
